Their scores were almost perfect but that judge gave them 92 which cause them to lose by 5 points.. The winner btw has the most boring performance during that round..
Superband is the best fr'kn music competition show on the planet. I say that not even knowing Korean. The level of talent, their artistry, their performances, the format and vibe. Incredible. Speaking of talent, THIS PERFORMANCE deserves international recognition!

I honestly think she would be even more famous if she uses this type of singing because she is not using her full potential voice in her other songs. She is using moderate singing meaning soft tones but her voice is so powerful she just needs to use it more.

Honestly speaking, Yeji has a voice that inspires alot of the musicians in sb2 to collab with her seeing as they usually have a specific concept and song they pitch to her from the beginning. The fact she can pull off every performance so successfully goes to show her chameleon like talent and musicality. As the number of contestants shrink, it's less a question of technical skill but highlighting the caliber of a band member's musicality and even producing capabilities. The rest of the band mates in this team were integral to the output in this performance.

Some of my favorite band members with great producing skills (in the show, I guess they're called the frontman...even though I thought a frontman in a band was the vocalist usually??) are Oh Eun Chul, Hwang Leen and Park Daul. They have such great musicality and strong leadership. Hwang Hyunjo isn't to my personal taste but they're precise, and highly analytical lol.

There is simply no honest and sane way that not one judge gave this astounding performance a 100 score. The comments from the most "confused" judge are clearly BS. This isn't rocket science. This doesn't require awards on a bookshelf. This was a honor for the show that was met with insult to the artists and to marvelling viewers around the world. I've been watching music competition shows around the world for almost twenty years. It's obvious and predictable who the producers are targeting to win. Can't blame them for doing their job. Just aggravating for viewer's/consumers who want better music and don't enjoy watching amazing new artists get toyed with.

I saw the comments of the judges. Just like S1, the old peeps are stuck with their old style and they complicate things, they dont know how to appreciate nor ready for this kind of music. I remember in S1 wherein AKMU Suhyun was the only one who made sense most of the time, just like now with CL. In any case that they will have a S3, I wish jtBC will give us judges in different generations just like in Sing Again. Anyway, this is the best performance I have seen so far in SuperBand. I had goosebumps!
This is the perfect example of Music and Arts. It feels like Yeji and the bands are the original artist of this song, while i watch and listen to this masterpiece, i always imagine the fight scenes of all the heroes in League of Legends. it's a goosebumps.

Didn't even know I needed this version of Legends Never Die, but here I am. 4:07 is just FIREEEEEEE. And then those harmonies in 5:03...absolutely primal in the best way. I love how the judges are just laughing in disbelief at how good they are, and how one of the audience is just dumbstruck at 5:20. Good music moves you in the best way - and I don't just mean emotionally, but also physically. Like, you can't help but move/dance/rock out to it...it gets inside your bones. Normally, I prefer listening to male singers, but Kim Yeji has such an incredibly powerful, haunting voice that has a raw or absolutely angelic quality to it, depending on what section of the song you're in. She's the full package. She has the sort of voice that vibes perfectly with epic, fantasy, legendary music

I always listened to this song because of my husband, who's a fan of League of Legends. I liked the lyrics, but they never really hit me or motivated me that much. I've been watching some performances by Kim Ye-ji, and I can't even describe how amazing she is. I've become a huge fan of the band, and it's incredible how they turn every song they play into something fantastic. They are wonderful! I wish the group lots of success!! Won over a Brazilian fan 🤩
I can understand why the performance was really really overwhelming and intense from the past generations point of view but in today's world? That was one of the most heart reaching and thrilling performance ever performed by a group in a competition...

진짜 올백이라해도 아쉬움이 없을 역대급 무대였던거 같은데 최저점이 92점이라 아쉬웠어요ㅜㅜ 원곡도 사람 백명가까이 대려다놓고 퍼포먼스한거보다 이버전이 훨신 더 웅장하고 소름이 막 돋았는데 이번만큼은 유희열심사님이 못받아들이신거 같아서 아쉬웠어요ㅠㅠ
훌륭했던 것과는 별개로 MTR이 워낙 많이 깔려서 92점이 한명쯤은 있는게 이해는 갑니다. 모두가 항상 만장일치일 필요는 없죠~
전 넘 좋았는데ㅠㅠ 예지님 보이스 좋아해서 자주 듣는데 이번 노래와 찰떡이었고 새로운 느낌도 들어 갠적으로 넘 잘한거 같아 좋았어요

Didn't even know I needed this version of Legends Never Die, but here I am. 4:07 is just FIREEEEEEE. And then those harmonies in 5:03...absolutely primal in the best way. I love how the judges are just laughing in disbelief at how good they are, and how one of the audience is just dumbstruck at 5:20. Good music moves you in the best way - and I don't just mean emotionally, but also physically. Like, you can't help but move/dance/rock out to it...it gets inside your bones. Normally, I prefer listening to male singers, but Kim Yeji has such an incredibly powerful, haunting voice that has a raw or absolutely angelic quality to it, depending on what section of the song you're in. She's the full package. She has the sort of voice that vibes perfectly with epic, fantasy, legendary music

I always listened to this song because of my husband, who's a fan of League of Legends. I liked the lyrics, but they never really hit me or motivated me that much. I've been watching some performances by Kim Ye-ji, and I can't even describe how amazing she is. I've become a huge fan of the band, and it's incredible how they turn every song they play into something fantastic. They are wonderful! I wish the group lots of success!!
